A Security Deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. For rentals of longer than 4 weeks, an additional deposit may be required. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. Payment in full is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation notice must be in writing and confirmed by the owners. All funds will be refunded if written cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to occupancy. Note: Rates are quoted in US Dollars.
